Ocethea was founded by Paulo Lopes after more than 15 years working across international B2B sales, partner management and market expansion.

The lesson was clear: international growth rarely fails only in strategy. It usually fails in the daily commercial work between headquarters and the local buyer — the calls, follow-ups, meetings, partner conversations and decisions that move opportunities forward.
